For business

A tossed hard drive is a data breach waiting to happen.

Retiring office computers, servers, or phones means retiring the data on them. We handle that retirement with a documented chain of custody — so a decommissioned drive never becomes your next compliance problem.

What we do

Scheduled pickups

Recurring or one-off collection of retired IT assets from your office.

Secure data handling

Drives wiped to NIST 800-88 standards, or physically destroyed through our certified destruction partner.

Documented chain of custody

Every asset logged from pickup to disposition — you can see where each item went.

Resale value share

Working gear that still has value is refurbished and resold, and we share the return with you.

Responsible recycling

Whatever cannot be reused is recycled responsibly, not landfilled or exported.

How destruction works

We're specific about this because vague certification claims aren't worth much. We handle pickup and custody; certified physical destruction is performed by a partner facility; you receive documentation for every drive.

  1. We pick up & take custody

Assets are collected from your site and logged into a documented chain of custody at the moment we receive them.

  2. Data is wiped or destroyed

Drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 standards for resale, or set aside for physical destruction.

  3. Certified partner destroys drives

Physical destruction is performed at a certified destruction partner facility — we are honest that this is a partnership, not an in-house claim.

  4. You receive a Certificate of Destruction

Every destroyed drive is documented with a Certificate of Destruction for your compliance records.

Let's scope your retirement.
